Tasting notes
Straw yellow with delicate greenish highlights. Fragrances of elderflower, spices, lemongrass, and ginger. The palate is crisp, with aromas of marjoram and mint leaf. Varietal notes of box hedge and tomato leaf combine with subtle citrussy notes of lime and grapefruit. An acidity well in balance contributes to its seductive crispness. Outstanding with asparagus, vegetable soups, and marinated fish.
