Production notes
Aged for 9 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new French oak.
Tasting notes
Lively aromas of cotton, vanilla and jasmine flower. On the palate, a nice smooth roundness, a balanced acidity and a fresh finish on green apple. Accompanies very well a veal shank in white wine, garlic & balsamic pork chops, veal cutlets with lemon, capers and cream, fettucinis alfredo, fillet of cod charbonnière with miso.
