About this winery

Known for his Vouvray but also for its softness, Mr. Brédif was a pioneer in the world of winemakers, creating sparkling Vouvray at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1980, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette took up the torch as a true wine lover. Enthusiastic about quality and tradition, he gave a new impetus to this several hundred year old house... Production notes

Pneumatic pressing. Selection of free-run juice. Static settling for 18 to 24 hours. Fermentation: up to two months for some tanks at controlled temperature of 18ºC. Aged in vats for one year on fine fermentation lees.

Tasting notes

Dress with a light yellow-green color. Nose from which emanate mineral, floral and golden apple notes. In the mouth, its ample texture fades into a rather persistent finish.
