Production notes

Traditional vinification, partial maturing in stainless steel tanks, 45% matured in barrels of oak 2 or 3 years old for 12 months.

Tasting notes

Wine of intense garnet color with purple reflections. Fine, pleasant, intense and spicy nose (black pepper and cloves). On the palate, it is a round and fat wine which shows a very nice balance between tannins, wood and fatness.
