About this winery

In 1791, the Miquel family acquired Château Cazal Viel. Today, the vineyard represents the largest independent estate in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Cultivated with passion by Henri, and his son Laurent, an 8th generation winemaker, these poor lands give birth to great wines of the Saint Chinian appellation and exceptional whites. Production notes

Night harvest, pressing with juice selection, clarification of the must at low temperature, fermentation under controlled temperature at 16-17°, ageing on lees in stainless steel tanks, fining, light tangential filtration before bottling.

Generous aromas of grapefruit, white peach and citrus fruit on the finish characterize this elegant and crunchy wine.
