Production notes

The grapes are sorted upon arrival of the harvest. 100% natural vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with aging on fine lees for 6 months. Terroirs: plots in Saint-Père (extreme southern part of the appellation) with clay and flint soil.

Tasting notes

It is a floral wine, round on the palate with a crisp and saline finish. It pairs perfectly with a dorade ceviche and a scallop carpaccio.
