Our Riesling is primarily planted in the Bollenberg area and in the terroirs of Saering, Kessler, and Kitterlé.
Tasting notes
The color is lemon yellow with light green reflections, of beautiful intensity. The disc is bright, clear, and transparent. The wine shows youthful characteristics. The nose is clean, pleasant, and of good intensity. Dominant fruity aromas are perceived, with citrus notes, ripe lemon, white flowers, and a slight smoky character. The aeration enhances these aromas and reveals spices, ginger, gas, and naphtha. The nose presents an accessible, distinctive profile, in line with the style of this cuvée, a reliable offering from the Domaine. On the palate, the attack is moderately full-bodied and structured. The mid-palate is tight and incisive, marked by a slight effervescence. The aromatic range echoes the nose, still focused on citrus, yellow lemon, white flowers, spices, ginger, and a mineral, terpene-driven definition with a finely smoky character.
