Tasting notes

This Pinot Noir is a wonderfully complex yet reserved wine, offering intriguing notes of black cherry, clove, nutmeg, and cocoa. On the palate, the wine presents a depth and a brooding concentration, with rich, silky tannins and great persistence. It pairs excellently with duck breast, pork tenderloin, risotto, and soft, mild cheeses
