Product notes

Food & Wine Pairings A wonderful match with truffle risotto and fish such as sole. It also pairs ideally with lemon confit marinated chicken or aged goat cheese drizzled with olive oil.

Production notes

Mont Ventoux, with its cool microclimate and limestone soils at high altitude, is a terroir for great white wines. To demonstrate this, the Chaudière Family created Quintessence Blanc. Tasting notes

Color: bright white gold with shimmering reflections Nose: complex, blending white flowers, exotic fruits, and spices (saffron). Palate: a lovely balance between freshness, the wine's tension, and a beautiful roundness; aromatic intensity with a certain salinity and finesse on the palate.
