The Castle of Verrazzano is located in Greve in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, between Florence and Siena. Vineyards, reimplanted by Cappellini Family starting from 1958, extend from the limit of the wood to the whole underlying valley, within boundaries unchanged from centuries. Production notes
Fermentation at controlled temperatures of free-run juice only, after natural cold clarification. Predominantly limestone soil. Harvested by hand during the first week of September.

Ser Chiaro is a fresh, light, and dynamic wine, ideal for delicate culinary creations. Bright, clear yellow color; floral and fruity nose, with notes of banana and peach elegantly blended with a fresh finish.
