Production notes

This wine is a traditional blend of corvina, rondelle and molinara, which have undergone a second fermentation on the Amarone presses (a process called ripasso). This process gives valpolicella additional structure and flavor. After this second fermentation, the Campolieti is aged for 12-14 months in French barrels and 20hl oak tuns.

Tasting notes

Dress of ruby tint of good intensity. Quite powerful nose with accents of candied cherry, chocolate and vanilla. This red expresses a good acidity and has coated tannins. On the palate, its ample texture ends in a rather sustained finish.
