Production notes

Prolonged ripening of the grapes on the vine. Drying of the grapes on trellis from October to March (3 to 5 months). 18 months in cask and lightning of allier. Continuous refinement in bottle during 12 months. Elaborated according to the rules of the appellation, with fruit passerillage for more concentration. Excellent value.
