Product notes
Châteauneuf-du-Pape is characterized by its diversity of soils. A mosaic of planted plots, on soils of limestone, pebbles, on a base of clays with varying iron content, and safres (fine sands).
Production notes
Hand-harvested, sorted in the vineyard, co-fermented, long vatting time for delicate extraction. Aged for 12 months in truncated-conical vats, foudres and barrels.
Tasting notes
Made from old, planted vines with more moderate yields, Boisrenard is characterized by a silky tannic structure and generous, dense fruit. A deep wine.
