Tasting notes

Hardy cognac presents the Organic. Our fruits combine the perfection of nature with the excellence of time. Hardy respects and celebrates the environment at each stage of the development of this exceptional cognac. Our spirits reveal a delicate bouquet reminiscent of spring flowers. The nose echoes the mouth with a beautiful longevity on the palate and sweet aromas of fresh pear, vanilla and roasted hazelnut.
